Planning must be linked to wood processing facilities. For the 3 forest planting projects of companies that have not been implemented or have stopped implementation, it is recommended that the competent authority revoke the project to reserve land for other wood material plantation investment projects in the province. It is recommended that the Provincial People's Committee have preferential policies to support investment in raw material plantation.
