Nghe An decided to close 10 mineral mines
(Baonghean) - The purpose of closing the mine is to hand over the mining areas to local authorities to tighten state management of land and protect unexploited mineral resources.

On May 29, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1950/QD-UBND on closing mineral mines for 10 mining areas in Quy Hop district, licensed by the Provincial People's Committee to exploit minerals for 9 enterprises.
The purpose of mine closure is to hand over mine areas to local authorities to carry out state management of land, protect unexploited mineral resources and perform other related tasks according to regulations.

In this Decision, the Provincial People's Committee requests the People's Committee of Quy Hop district and the People's Committees of Chau Quang, Tho Hop, Lien Hop, Chau Loc, and Yen Hop communes to be responsible for implementing land management and protecting mineral resources in the above-mentioned mining area according to current law provisions.
List of 10 mineral mine closure areas in Quy Hop district:
1. Bu Hem construction stone quarry, Chau Quang commune, Quy Hop district was licensed by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 429/QD-UBND dated February 11, 2009 for Thien Long Minerals Import-Export and Trading Joint Stock Company.
2. Doi Chua - Lang Do construction stone quarry, Tho Hop commune, Quy Hop district was licensed by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 690/QD-UBND dated March 5, 2009 for Luong Vy Private Enterprise.
3. Thung Vinh Trung construction stone quarry, Tho Hop commune, Quy Hop district was licensed by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 711/QD-UBND dated March 6, 2009 for Le Dinh Au Private Enterprise.
4. Thung Con construction stone quarry, Lien Hop commune, Quy Hop district was licensed by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 3141/QD-UBND dated July 25, 2008 for Hoang Long Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company.
5. Thung Xu construction stone quarry, Lien Hop commune, Quy Hop district was licensed by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 331/QD-UBND dated January 22, 2009 for Thien Minh Company Limited.
6. Kien Kien construction stone quarry, Chau Loc commune, Quy Hop district was licensed by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 384/QD-UBND dated March 24, 2004 for Hop Thanh Cooperative.
7. Thung Na Nhan construction stone quarry, Chau Loc commune, Quy Hop district was licensed by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 4718/QD-UBND dated October 27, 2008 for Quang Son Mineral Exploitation Joint Stock Company.
8. Thung Lung construction stone quarry, Dan hamlet, Chau Loc commune, Quy Hop district was licensed by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 501/QD-UBND dated February 19, 2009 for Hop Thanh Cooperative.
9. Thung Ken Ken construction stone quarry, Chau Loc commune, Quy Hop district was licensed by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 654/QD-UBND dated March 4, 2009 for Lien Hop Cooperative.
10. Trai Bo iron mine, Yen Hop commune, Quy Hop district was licensed by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 5389/QD-UBND dated December 28, 2007 to Viet Duc LK & KK Joint Stock Company.
