That is a content in the Plan of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee guiding the implementation of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Property Auction in the area.
Accordingly, in order to synchronously and effectively implement the Law on Property Auction amending and supplementing a number of articles of the new Law on Property Auction promulgated by the National Assembly and effective on October 10, 2024, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Plan No. 772/KH.UBND with the following specific contents:
+Purpose and requirements:The Provincial People's Committee clearly stated that it is necessary to ensure the timely, synchronous and effective implementation of the provisions of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Property Auction (hereinafter referred to as the amended Law on Auction) throughout the province. Enhance the responsibility of departments, branches, sectors and district-level People's Committees, relevant agencies and organizations; enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of State management of auctions in the area in the coming time.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee also specifically identifies the work content, methods, completion deadline, and responsibilities of departments, branches, district-level People's Committees, and related organizations in organizing the implementation of the revised Law on Auction to ensure consistency and timeliness, contributing to the dissemination and raising of awareness of compliance with the provisions of the revised Law on Auction. Promoting the responsibility, proactiveness, and creativity of agencies, organizations, and individuals, ensuring regular, effective, and close coordination between agencies, units, and localities in implementing the revised Law on Auction; promptly resolving difficulties during the implementation process...
+Implementation content:To implement this, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Justice to preside over and coordinate with provincial departments, branches and district People's Committees in the fourth quarter of 2024 to organize a conference to disseminate the amended and supplemented Law on Property Auction for leaders of provincial departments, branches, district People's Committees, provincial legal reporters, auctioneers, people working in auction organizations, etc.

Departments, branches and district-level People's Committees coordinate with the Department of Justice to disseminate the basic contents of the new Law on Property Auction to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers; develop a special topic to propagate the revised Law on Property Auction for strong propaganda.
Organize the review of legal documents related to asset auction activities: The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Justice to preside; provincial departments, branches and district People's Committees coordinate implementation. Complete in the fourth quarter of 2024. In the first and second quarters of 2025, develop and issue documents amending and supplementing or issuing new legal documents to ensure compliance with the amended Law on Auction.
The Department of Justice shall preside over and coordinate with the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to review and promulgate administrative procedures on property auctions based on the set of administrative procedures in the field of property auctions issued by the Ministry of Justice as prescribed. Prepare necessary conditions to ensure the implementation of registration and change of registration contents of property auction enterprises and branches of property auction enterprises in accordance with the provisions of the amended Law on Property Auctions.
The Department of Justice regularly reviews, updates, and publishes the list of auctioneers and property auction organizations in accordance with the provisions of the amended Law on Property Auction; periodically organizes inspections, supervision, and guidance on the implementation of the amended Law on Auction.

In this document, the Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Justice to take the lead in organizing the implementation of the above contents; at the same time, guide, inspect and urge provincial departments, branches, district People's Committees, relevant agencies and units in implementing this Plan to ensure progress and quality. Funding for implementing this Plan is allocated from the State budget in the annual regular expenditure estimate and other sources according to regulations. Relevant agencies and units are requested to seriously implement. If there are any difficulties or problems during the implementation process, promptly report them to the Department of Justice for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee for understanding and handling./.
