The Nghe An Provincial People's Council has finalized the plan, leaving 130 communes after the merger.
On the afternoon of April 28, at the 28th session of the 18th term of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council, a resolution was passed approving the plan to reorganize commune-level administrative units in Nghe An province by 2025.
