Examining the submission and draft Resolution on converting the purpose of using rice-growing land, protective forest land, and special-use forest land to implement projects in Nghe An; the draft Resolution on land recovery to implement works and projects in the province, delegates requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment - the agency drafting the document to clarify the legal basis and purpose of land recovery to implement 240 works and projects.
At the same time, the required implementation time for each project must be added, ensuring compliance with the land use planning approved by competent authorities. Some delegates also said that it is necessary to consider, weigh, and assess the conditions for coastal works and projects, border communes and towns; rice land recovery projects, hydropower projects, etc.

Comrade Le Hong Vinh also requested the Provincial People's Committee and sectors to review and re-evaluate projects and works using rice fields, coastal projects, border areas, hydropower projects, ensuring both economic development and social security, sustainable development. Regarding the draft report and Resolution on a number of investment support policies in the province, members of the Economic - Budget Committee highly agreed with the support policy submitted by the Provincial People's Committee. The noteworthy thing about this policy is that it overcomes the shortcomings of previous policies, that is, enterprises enjoy the policy but do not implement it; at the same time, the support level is higher and focuses on prioritizing large projects that employ a lot of labor.
Also this afternoon, the Economic - Budget Committee also examined the draft report and Resolution regulating the collection level of fees for protection and development of rice-growing land in Nghe An province; the draft Resolution approving the project to establish the Fund to support the development of cooperatives in Nghe An province.
