One of the most difficult issues when implementing the work of reorganizing and innovating agricultural and forestry companies is reviewing and managing land. The total land fund of 7 forestry companies (Tea Development Investment Company, Rubber Coffee, An Ngai, Song Con, Xuan Thanh, Industrial Agriculture 3/2, Agriculture 1/5) is assigned to manage more than 16,155 hectares of land of all types and the land area put into use reaches nearly 93%.

Although there are not many changes in functions and tasks, these units consider this an opportunity to innovate, plan, and restructure land use for more efficiency.

Among the units with 100% state capital, Song Hieu Agricultural Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. manages a fairly large area of ​​forest land, with over 36,584 hectares. After reviewing, it will transfer over 3,187 hectares to local management, of which 24,087 hectares are protective forests and production forests are natural forests. Also according to the plan to reorganize and innovate agricultural and forestry companies, 3 2-member LLCs will be established, in which 1/5 Agricultural 1-member LLC will be converted into a 2-member LLC with capital contribution from Nghe An Sugarcane Company Limited; Xuan Thanh Agricultural 1-member LLC with capital contribution from Nghe An Agricultural Materials Joint Stock Corporation; An Ngai Agricultural 1-member LLC with capital contribution from Song Con Sugarcane Joint Stock Company. At the same time, Quynh Luu Forestry 1-member LLC will be merged into Quynh Luu Protective Forest Management Board...
