Accordingly, we will resolutely and thoroughly clear up cases of encroachment on traffic safety on roads, railways, and sidewalks on roads in the province in conjunction with urban beautification; prevent re-encroachment on traffic safety and urban sidewalks that affect traffic safety and order; ensure and maintain "clear roads and sidewalks" in conjunction with urban beautification.

The Provincial People's Committee also requested the mobilization of the entire political system, forces and means to focus on clearing violations and preventing re-encroachment of traffic safety and urban sidewalks.
