Nghe An will rank and publish administrative reform index from commune to provincial level.

Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision (No. 30/2019/QD-UBND) on regulations on assessment and ranking of administrative reform work of agencies and units in the province.

The subjects of application are departments, branches and sectors under the Provincial People's Committee; People's Committees of districts, cities and towns; People's Committees of communes, wards and towns; Central agencies organized according to the vertical sector system located in the province apply this regulation to evaluate and rank administrative reforms annually in cases where ministries and vertical sectors have not issued separate regulations.

The ranking of administrative reform of agencies and units is based on the indexes achieved by the units and arranged in order from high to low; the ranking of administrative reform of units is linked to the emulation and reward work of the province during the year.

The District People's Committee establishes a council to appraise, evaluate and rank the annual administrative reform work of the Commune People's Committee;

The Provincial People's Committee established a council to appraise the results of self-assessment and ranking of annual administrative reform work of provincial-level agencies and central agencies organized according to the vertical industry system located in the province.

The scale for evaluating and ranking administrative reform work of agencies and units is 100 points. Of which: Score for evaluating implementation results: 65/100 points; Score for evaluating through sociological investigation: 35/100 points.
