This time, the People's Committee of Nghe An province handed over the Nam On military-civilian medical station worth 15 billion VND to Xay Cham Phon district, Bolikhamxay province, contributing to health care for local people and timely and effective disease control.

At the same time, support food, equipment, and medical supplies to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic worth 250 million VND to the government and armed forces of Bolikhamxay province.

Through this activity, the friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties and the two States of Vietnam and Laos in general and the two provinces of Nghe An and Bolikhamxay in particular will be further strengthened.

On this occasion, Bolikhamxay province also presented Certificates of Honor to the People's Committee of Nghe An province and the Border Guard Command of Nghe An province.
