Nghe An trains professional skills for cadres working on the front at all levels

The conference heard MasterNguyen Dinh Thanh - Deputy Director of DTSI Digital Transformation Strategy Institute delivered the topic: Improving the effectiveness of communication via social networks, skills in operating, managing, using and editing information on social networking sites.

This is the first class of a total of 10 training classes organized by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front in 3 sessions with the participation of nearly 2,200 Front officials from the province to the grassroots.

The training program includes 9 topics: Training and fostering professional skills of the Front work according to the orientation of the content of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress and Resolution No. 04-NQ/TU, dated November 19, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on "Strengthening the leadership of the Party to improve the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, period 2021-2025 and the following years".

Foster and improve the quality and effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements and campaigns initiated by the Vietnam Fatherland Front such as "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"; "Unite to innovate, improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and international integration"; "All people unite to make efforts to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic"; Special topics on national security, environmental protection, and food hygiene and safety.

Guiding and implementing Decree No. 93/ND-CP on mobilizing and receiving voluntary contributions; accounting skills, fund auditing skills; inspecting and supervising Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP, dated July 1, 2021 of the Government on a number of policies to support workers facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Providing training and guidance on continuing to monitor, provide social criticism and contribute ideas to Party and government building according to Decisions 217 and 218 of the Politburo; activities of the People's Inspectorate and the Community Investment Supervision Board; on grassroots democracy; grassroots mediation work, and people's dialogue.

Training and guiding the implementation of Conclusion No. 65-KL/TW dated October 30, 2019 on continuing to implement Conclusion No. 24-KL/TW dated March 12, 2003 of the Central Executive Committee on ethnic work in the new situation and innovating the content and methods of ethnic work according to the Conclusion of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Guiding the implementation of the Project "Strengthening the mobilization and solidarity of religions in our country today; building and developing the core role of religion".

Training on propaganda work; writing skills, news articles, reporters, collaborators to grasp public opinion; people's foreign affairs work. Guidance on implementing the Digital Front according to the digital transformation roadmap; guidance on training on mid-term review of the Resolution of the Congress of the Fatherland Front at all levels; strengthening innovation in content and methods, improving the effectiveness of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels.

Through the training course, it aims to help cadres working on the Front at all levels, especially grassroots cadres, gain more skills and methods of deploying and performing tasks to meet the requirements of the Front's work in the new situation, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 9th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, in conjunction with the implementation of the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress./.
