Resolve complex and long-standing cases

In September, the handling of some complicated and long-standing cases had positive changes. For example, the violation case at Trading Company LimitedMinh Khang, The Provincial People's Committee directed and assigned tasks to relevant levels and sectors to conduct investigation and handling: The Provincial Inspectorate has concluded the inspection, clearly identifying the responsibilities of each individual and collective who committed the violation. Require relevant departments, sectors and units to coordinate with the Provincial Inspectorate and the Provincial Police to resolve the case thoroughly.

In addition, the conference also requested all levels and sectors to resolve a number of other cases that have lasted for many years, such as the case of fraud and property appropriation in Que Phong district, a number of land disputes in Vinh city and Quy Hop district, etc.

Besides, the weather may have complicated developments, floods may affect some localities in the area... so all levels and sectors need to pay close attention and have effective prevention and control measures.

Previously, assessing the implementation of the work, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee said that the sectors in the bloc have directed strongly and proactively in all situations regarding the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic; promptly blockaded, isolated, traced, sampled and treated patients, so the epidemic situation has been basically controlled.

Identify key tasks in October

After listening to the discussion, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong requested that all forces and sectors pay close attention to the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic. Continue to implement the "4 on-site" motto to handle and control the situation, not to let the epidemic spread. Accordingly, it is necessary to proactively develop a plan to promptly check, review, and count people returning from epidemic areas to request declaration and medical isolation according to regulations.

Strengthen situational awareness and coordination between functional agencies and districts, cities and towns to ensure security in all fields, especially religious security, rural security and information security.

Step up the suppression of all types of crimes and violationsillegal, especially drug crimes, property fraud, high-tech crimes, smuggling, commercial fraud... Focus on resolving cases directed by the Provincial Party Standing Committee at monthly meetings.

In September 2021, authorities discovered and handled 30 cases of posting false information and spreading false rumors on social networks (mainly related to the Covid-19 epidemic).

Detected and arrested 84 cases, 112 subjects of drug crimes, seized 132g of heroin, 1kg of crystal meth, 4,617 synthetic drug pills. Detected and handled 100 cases, 113 subjects, seized more than 1 ton of animal products of unknown origin; 26 cases, 137 subjects of gambling.

The Provincial Inspectorate has conducted 51 administrative inspections and 26 specialized inspections, detected many violations and made specific decisions on handling them.
