Nghe An: Establishment of Steering Committee to summarize 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 26 of the Politburo

Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council as Head of the Steering Committee. Comrades: Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as Deputy Heads of the Steering Committee.

Along with that, the Steering Committee has 34 members who are heads and chairmen of the provincial Party committees including: Provincial Party Committee Organization Committee, Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee, Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Committee, Provincial Party Committee Mass Mobilization Committee, Provincial Party Committee Internal Affairs Committee and Vinh City Party Secretary; leaders of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Party Committee Office, Party Committee of Provincial Agencies, Principal of the Provincial Political School; directors and heads of departments and branches: Provincial Police, Provincial Military Command, Provincial People's Committee Office, Planning and Investment, Transport, Construction, Agriculture and Rural Development, Natural Resources and Environment, Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, Information and Communications, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Education and Training, Health, Culture and Sports, Provincial Ethnic Committee, Finance, Industry and Trade, Science and Technology, Foreign Affairs.

The Steering Committee is responsible for developing a work plan, assigning tasks to members, establishing an Editorial Team; organizing, directing and inspecting the summary of 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW, dated July 30, 2013 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks of developing Nghe An province until 2020, ensuring progress and quality according to Plan No. 102-KH/TU, dated May 28, 2022 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

The Standing Committee of the Steering Committee has 7 members, including the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office and Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.

Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Steering Committee also issued a Decision to establish an Editorial Team to assist the Steering Committee in summarizing 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 26 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for the development of Nghe An province to 2020, including 45 comrades who are leaders of departments, agencies and branches of the province, with the Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office as the Team Leader; the comrades: Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office and Director of the Department of Planning and Investment as Deputy Team Leaders.
