Nghe An established a delegation to visit and support 5 provinces damaged by storm No. 12

(Baonghean.vn) – Nghe An established a working group to visit and support 1.2 billion VND for the South Central provinces affected by the recent storm No. 12.

On the afternoon of November 9, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting and assigned the Nghe An Provincial Working Group to visit, encourage and support people in the South Central provinces affected by storm No. 12 and the storm's circulation.

Also attending were comrades: Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Xuan Huy - Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front, the Provincial People's Committee Office and members of the working delegation.

With the spirit of “helping each other”, sharing the difficulties with the people of the South Central provinces that suffered heavy losses caused by the recent storm No. 12, Nghe An province has established a working delegation to visit and provide support, according to Decision No. 5429/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee. Mr. Nguyen Van Huy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial Relief Committee is the head of the delegation.

The delegation is tasked with representing the leaders and people of Nghe An province to directly visit and deliver gifts from the provincial officials and people to the officials and people of the 5 provinces affected by the recent storm No. 12. On this occasion, the delegation will present 1.2 billion VND to support the provinces, specifically: Khanh Hoa 300 million VND, Phu Yen 300 million VND, Quang Ngai 200 million VND, Quang Nam 200 million VND and Binh Dinh 200 million VND.

At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Duong conveyed his regards and encouragement.of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of the province and the Party Committee and people of Nghe An to the Party Committee, government and people of the 5 provinces affected by the recent natural disasters. At the same time, send letters and gifts of encouragement and support; show the concern and sharing of the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An province to the people of the South Central provinces; contribute to encouraging the spirit of people in the storm and flood areas, overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
