Nghe An established a Futsal team to host the 2019 National Cup

Accordingly, Nghe An will host the 2019 National Futsal Cup with the participation of 14 teams. This is an indoor football tournament (5 players) under the official competition system of the Vietnam Football Federation, along with the National Futsal Championship.

This year's tournament is expected to take place over nearly 2 weeks from November 18 to November 30, 2019. Military Zone 4 Stadium will be the venue for the tournament, with the qualifying round from November 18-22 and the final round from November 26-30.

Regarding the preparation for the 2019 National Futsal Cup, Voice of Vietnam proposed to the People's Committee of Nghe An province to coordinate with relevant departments and branches to create the best conditions for the football teams to participate in the tournament.

As part of the tournament organization plan, comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed the Department of Culture and Sports to coordinate with the Organizing Committee of the 2019 National Futsal Tournament and relevant parties to establish the Nghe An Futsal team next week.

The tournament organizers will introduce a professional coach to lead the Nghe An Futsal team. There are two options being considered: gathering mass athletes and professional athletes of the Song Lam Nghe An team.

As a co-organizer, Voice of Vietnam will broadcast the matches of the 2019 National Futsal Cup on 3 channels to serve fans nationwide.

Although not as successful as the previous tournament, Vietnam Futsal still did what needed to be done at the 2018 Asian Futsal Championship.
