Nghe An changes method of collecting environmental sanitation service fees
(Baonghean.vn) - From April 2021, Nghe An Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company uses software on mobile devices, updates customer data, connects thermal printers to print receipts for customers to move towards using electronic invoices.
Nghe An Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company informed that according to Decree 123/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 regulating invoices and documents, from July 1, 2022, electronic invoices will be officially required for units and businesses. Therefore, the Company will use Citywork.vn software on mobile devices, update customer data, connect thermal printers to print receipts for customers to proceed to useelectronic invoice.

This method will solve data storage problems such as: updating, adjusting, generating detailed customer information management data (name, address, household number, number of people, amount of garbage...) on the system, ensuring 24/7 operation; saving document costs, easy storage...
Collecting environmental sanitation service fees on mobile devices, connecting a handheld thermal printer to directly print receipts for customers, enhancing professionalism, expertise, and modernity. At the same time, on the receipt from the thermal printer there is a QR-Code, allowing customers to scan to track their environmental sanitation payment history during the year.

Since the beginning of 2021, Nghe An Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company has applied software and thermal receipts to implement the work of establishing and collecting environmental sanitation service prices, implementing service price collection, using receipts via thermal printers in Quang Trung and Ha Huy Tap wards.
Initial results show that the new method of collecting environmental sanitation service fees is very effective, quick, convenient, and highly appreciated by the people.
