(Baonghean.vn) - This is a new model to build advanced kindergartens and general schools following the international integration trend to meet the needs of child care, nurturing and education, students' learning needs and social requirements.

On the morning of February 16, Nghe An Department of Education and Training held a conference to deploy the pilot project to build advanced kindergartens and general schools following the international integration trend in the province for the period 2021 - 2030.

Previously, on January 18, 2022, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 147/QD-UBND approving the implementation of the project. Accordingly, from now until 2025, Nghe An will pilot the construction of 2 kindergartens, 2 primary schools, 2 secondary schools and 1 high school in Vinh city.

This is a new model to build advanced kindergartens and general schools following the trend of international integration to meet the needs of child care, nurturing and education, students' learning needs and social requirements; helping children and students access education in countries in the region and internationally, while ensuring national identity.

The construction of an advanced school following the trend of international integration is carried out according to 9 contents such as mission and vision, educational program content, methods, and organizational forms.teachand assessment, management team, teachers, staff, facilities, quality assurance system, digital transformation in the teaching and learning process, output standards...

At the conference, the delegates affirmed that the implementation of the advanced kindergarten and general school model following the international integration trend is in line with the current trend and creates many new opportunities for schools. However, to implement it effectively, there are still many difficulties, the most important of which are the staff, building the educational program and preparing good conditions for facilities. Opinions also revolved around the enrollment plan and enrollment objects to ensure quality input standards.

Conference Conclusion, DirectorDepartment of Education and TrainingThai Van Thanh clarified the model and contents of advanced kindergartens and general schools. Based on the requirements that need to be set, the head of the Department suggested that immediately after this conference, schools need to develop a project, clarify the content of the school's mission, vision, and core value system.

During the implementation process, schools also need to identify human, program and environmental factors (facilities, enrollment and other factors) that determine the quality of education, the remaining factors are only assurance factors.
