Accordingly, within 12 hours (from 6:00 p.m. on October 31 to 6:00 a.m. on November 1), Nghe An recorded 24 new positive cases of Covid-19 in 10 localities (Yen Thanh: 05, Quynh Luu: 04, Nghia Dan: 03, Quy Chau: 02, Thanh Chuong: 03, Vinh City: 03, Con Cuong: 01, Dien Chau: 01, Hung Nguyen: 01, Quy Hop: 01). Of which, there is 01 community case in Quynh Luu district, 23 cases were quarantined before (14 cases from the southern provinces, 5 cases are F1, 4 cases in quarantine areas).

*Xã Hung Loc (Vinh City) is currentlyThe only "red zone" of Nghe An provincebefore the Covid-19 epidemic. Ensuring food and necessities for people in the locked-down area is a top priority for the locality.

According to statistics, from October 15 to 31, the commune recorded 43 cases of Covid-19 infection, most of which were detected through community screening and screening in locked-down areas.

This is the only locality in Nghe An that is a "red zone" and is implementing epidemic prevention measures at level 4 according to Resolution 128 of the Government.

*TAmong the 24 new Covid-19 infections recorded on the morning of November 1,There is 1 community case in Quynh Bang commune, Quynh Luu district.

This is a case with a very complicated epidemiology. The patient is a fishmonger at Quynh Bang market, but sometimes sells at Quynh Luong market. In addition, he also goes to fishing ports and other points to import goods.

After receiving the test results, Quynh Bang commune blocked off the patient's living area in Hoc Van hamlet with 6 households, and at the same time sprayed disinfectant and took samples of people in the area on the morning of November 1.

*TSince May 2021, the fourth outbreak of Covid-19 has negatively affected many sectors, including the new rural construction sector. However, localities in the province still adhere to the implementation criteria to achieve the set plan.

By September 2021, the whole province had280/411 communes meet NTM standardsrecognized by the Provincial People's Committee, accounting for 68.13%, of which, there are 8 communes in poor district 30a, 2 border communes, 31 communes with many ethnic minorities, 2 communes have been recognized to meet advanced NTM standards. There are 6 district-level units that have completed their tasks and met NTM standards; there are 898 villages and hamlets that have met NTM standards.

*TInformation from the Department of Industry and Trade said: In 2021, based on a reassessment of the implementation of the provincial industrial park development plan for the 2014-2020 period, the province hasapproved 59 concentrated industrial clusters.

Specifically, according to the new planning, along with maintaining the status quo and proposing to expand 38 existing industrial parks, previously approved (including 24 industrial parks established and put into operation and 14 new industrial parks added to the 2019-2020 planning), which are still suitable, the Department of Industry and Trade has proposed to eliminate 15 industrial parks that do not meet the conditions for recognition, and whose locations are no longer suitable due to being too close to residential areas or too far from the center.

Besides, based on the new situation, the province also proposed adding 21 industrial parks to the province's industrial park development plan to 2030 and vision to 2050.
