(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Civil Servants' Union successfully organized the 5th Congress, term 2023 - 2028; Nghe An students joined the "Green Summer" volunteer campaign; "Capital" of Nam Kim lemons is gradually losing its native lemon varieties... are the main contents of the day.

* Morning of July 1st,Nghe An Civil Servants' Trade Union held the 5th Congress, term 2023 - 2028. The Congress elected a list of 15 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Civil Servants' Trade Union, term V, term 2023 - 2028; elected 9 delegates to attend the 19th Nghe An Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028.

Comrade Nguyen Cong Danh was re-elected as Chairman of Nghe An Civil Servants' Trade Union for the 2023 - 2028 term; Comrade Dao Thi Thanh Mai was re-elected as Vice Chairman of Nghe An Civil Servants' Trade Union for the 2023 - 2028 term.

* On the morning of July 1, at Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho's Statue, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, the Secretariat of the Provincial Youth Union, and the Secretariat of the Provincial Student Association jointly organized the LLaunching ceremony of the "Green Summer" Volunteer Campaignyear 2023.

One of the new points of this year's "Green Summer" Campaign is the policy of "3 connections" according to the orientation of the Resolution of the 12th National Youth Union Congress, including: Connecting forces between union members, local youth with volunteer students; connecting areas between regions, areas, and localities; connecting communities between the Youth Union organization and clubs, groups, teams, groups, organizations, and individuals.

To effectively implement these tasks, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has directed the establishment of 33 intensively focused "Green Summer" volunteer teams with the participation of more than 800 union members and youths to support key areas in remote areas, areas with difficult economic conditions, ethnic minority, border and special areas; Youth Villages; and disadvantaged villages, hamlets and villages that are completing the criteria for building new rural areas.

* On the morning of July 1, Nghe An Provincial Department of Health coordinated with the Central Center for Health Communication and Education - Ministry of Healthorganize scientific seminars"Improving knowledge and skills in communicating nutrition and immunity to adults".

At the workshop, experts presented a lot of updated and useful knowledge on health issues of the elderly, especially on immune aging and the application of immunonutrition in health care of the elderly after COVID-19. Through the workshop, Nghe An medical staff improved their knowledge of health care and strengthening the immune system of the elderly.

* Provincial Road 534D, the section connecting Ho Chi Minh Road through Nghia Hanh Commune to Phu Son Commune (Tan Ky District) was invested with hundreds of billions of VND, but was damaged after only a short time of use. The road is only about 12 km long, but it takes more than half an hour for vehicles to overcome the numerous potholes. This is the route that people often complain about.overloaded sand trucks, damaging roads, causing traffic insecurity, affecting people's lives.
