The comrades who retired under the regime this time include: Major General Nguyen Dinh Minh - former Chairman of the Provincial Veterans Association; Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Tran - former Vice Chairman of the Provincial Veterans Association; Nguyen Xuan Hai - former member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, former Director of the Department of Finance; Nguyen Ky Son - former Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation.

*The 11th session of the Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026 hasResolution on assigning public employee and contract worker positionsAccording to Decree No. 68/2000/ND-CP in State administrative agencies and organizations in 2023, the number will decrease compared to 2022.
Accordingly, the total number of civil servants assigned to state administrative agencies and organizations at the provincial and district levels in 2023 is 3,292 people; of which, the number in provincial agencies and organizations is 1,717 people; the number in district agencies is 1,575 people.

*According to the report of Nghe An Department of Tourism,It is estimated that in 2022, the whole province will welcome and serve 6,730,000 tourists., equal to 356% compared to the same period in 2021. Of which, the number of overnight guests reached 4,412,000, equal to 342% compared to the same period in 2021; international visitors reached 28,600. Total revenue from tourists reached 12,343 billion VND.

*On December 10, Nghe An Department of Health and Nghe An Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital solemnly organizedNghe An Expanded Scientific Conference on Obstetrics and Pediatrics2022. Nearly 1,000 scientists and medical experts from home and abroad attended the conference.

*At around midnight on December 10, the family of Ms. Luong Thi Thai (47 years old), in Dom 1 village, Chau Phong commune (Quy Chau), was sleeping when they were awakened by a strange noise. Quickly getting up, Ms. Thai was startled to see a wild elephant using its trunk to try to tear open the window. Too frightened, Ms. Thai and her husband did not dare to open the door to call out to the neighbors. The couple could only clasp their hands and beg the wild elephant.
Authorities and hundreds of people from Dom 1 village haveuse many measures to drive away elephants.Some people gathered wood to make a fire, some beat gongs, some used loudspeakers to shout, even used sirens but still to no avail.

*Smuggling, banned goods, counterfeit goods, poor quality goods... in the whole country as well as Nghe An are still complicated, tending to increase on all routes, fields, and areas, with many sophisticated tricks, especially before, during and after Tet.
Identifying this as a key and continuous task, over the past time, the Provincial Steering Committee 389 has directed sectors and localities to proactively grasp the situation, increase information exchange and provision, coordinate inspection, control, arrest, and handle smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods; contributing to ensuring price stability, preventing and repelling the trade of banned goods, counterfeit goods, and poor quality goods, especially essential goods for Tet.
