*Within the framework of the opening ceremony of the Spring Press Festival 2023, the Organizing Committee of the "Golden Hammer and Sickle" Journalism Award of Nghe An province in 2022 held a ceremony.Awards were presented to 40 outstanding works.across various journalistic genres.

*At the Spring Press Festival of the Year of the Rabbit 2023 and the awarding of the Golden Hammer and Sickle Prize of Nghe An province in 2022,Comrade Thai Thanh Quy- Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council launched the campaign to encourage participation in the national journalism award on Party building and the "Golden Hammer and Sickle - Nghe An" award in 2023.

*On the morning of January 12th, under the chairmanship of Comrade Nguyen Van De, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee,Nghe An province has held a meeting with the JICA delegation in Vietnam.Representing JICA were: Mr. Shishido Kenichi – Senior Assistant to the President of JICA Headquarters; Mr. Kubo Yoshitomo, Deputy Chief Representative of JICA Vietnam Office; and Mr. Sugita Shohei, Senior Advisor of JICA.

*On the morning of January 12th, the Department of Justice organized...Conference on the Implementation of Judicial WorkIn 2023, the conference was chaired by: Dang Hoang Oanh, Deputy Minister of Justice; Bui Thanh An, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province; and Hoang Thi Thu Trang, Director of the Department of Justice.
