*TOn February 12, Nghe An Province Center for Disease Control announced that a 23-year-old man from Quan Hanh town (Nghi Loc district) who returned from Quang Ninh hadnegative test resultwith Covid-19. Previously, on the evening of the 30th of Tet, Nghi Loc district authorities discovered that this young man had just returned from Quang Ninh but did not declare his health status, so they took him to the hospital for quarantine and took samples for testing.
