Nghe An: Highlights of February 13th

* On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, on the morning of February 13th, a delegation from the Central Committee of the Communist Party, the National Assembly, the President, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths.Visiting the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh.

*Comrade Nguyen Khac Than- Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited and extended New Year greetings to officers and soldiers of the Nghe An Border Guard Command and wounded and sick soldiers at the Nghe An Rehabilitation Center for Wounded Soldiers.

* On the occasion of celebrating the Party and the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026,The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee organized a meeting.Leaders, officials, civil servants, and employees of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies attended the meeting. Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - presided over the meeting.

* On the afternoon of February 13th, the working group ledComrade Vo Trong Hai- The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, leading a delegation, visited and extended New Year greetings to armed forces units, businesses, and medical facilities in the province.

*During the night of February 12th and the early morning of February 13th (the 26th day of the 12th lunar month),The golden horse mascot welcomes the Year of the Horse (Bính Ngọ).The mascot has been successfully installed on Ho Tung Mau pedestrian street in Nghe An province. With its large size, striking bronze color, and upward-reaching posture, the mascot promises to become an artistic highlight, attracting locals and tourists during the Lunar New Year.
