Speaking at the conference, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong emphasized: Our country has built a very special and unique foreign policy school of the Ho Chi Minh era, imbued with the identity of the "Vietnamese bamboo tree", "firm roots, strong trunk, flexible branches", imbued with the soul, character and spirit of the Vietnamese people.

*SDecember 14, Nghe An recorded30 new Covid-19 cases, including 4 community cases (Yen Thanh: 1, Dien Chau: 1, Nghia Dan: 1, Quynh Luu: 1), 01 case of periodic testing, 25 cases that were quarantined before (17 cases are F1, 7 cases from the Southern provinces, 1 case from another province).

*TAccording to the synthesis of the Department of Education and Training, the whole province currently has261 students in F0 categoryare being treated at medical facilities or field hospitals. Among them are 28 preschool students, 74 elementary school students, 95 middle school students and 64 high school students. The emergence of positive cases in schools has forced many schools to temporarily switch from in-person teaching to online learning.
