Nghe An: Highlights of November 19th

*On the morning of November 19th, in Mon Son commune (Con Cuong district),The working group of the Central Steering Committee conducted a field survey.In preparation for the summary of Resolution 26 dated July 30, 2013, of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for the development of Nghe An province until 2020, a delegation led by Comrade Nguyen Hong Son - Deputy Head of the Central Economic Committee - held a working session with Con Cuong district on tourism development and the implementation of the new rural development program in the border area of ​​Con Cuong district.

During the working session, the delegation members requested that Con Cuong district clarify several issues related to the development of production and business while preserving cultural identity; attracting investment in the tourism sector; key and leading tourism types in Con Cuong district; developing the potential and advantages from forests; and policies to create livelihoods for ethnic minority communities.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Hong Son, Deputy Head of the Central Economic Committee, stated that Con Cuong district's efforts to develop into a town in the direction of an ecological urban area are on the right track. Based on this, the district should focus on leveraging its potential and advantages for socio-economic development.

*On the morning of November 19th, a ceremony took place at WHA Industrial Zone 1 in Nghe An province.The Nakano Vietnam Company's garment factory was inaugurated.

The Nakano Vietnam garment project in WHA Industrial Zone 1, Nghe An province, was granted an investment registration certificate on July 14, 2021, with a land area of ​​0.6 hectares and a total investment of approximately 70 billion VND.

This is a project specializing in the production of export garments, with a designed capacity of 30,000-50,000 products per month, employing approximately 300 workers. It is one of the projects that Nghe An province is inviting investment for.
