* On the morning of March 19th, groundbreaking ceremonies were held simultaneously at 17 locations across 17 provinces and cities, combining live and online participation.build 121 multi-level boarding schools.Phase 2 includes 11 schools in Nghe An province. Attending the groundbreaking ceremony at various locations were General Secretary To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, and other leaders of the Party and Government. At the Thong Thu commune (Nghe An province) location were: Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc; Central Committee member Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; and Vo Trong Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. In addition to the Thong Thu commune location, Nghe An province has 10 other locations in the communes of My Ly, Son Lam, Nam Can, Muong Tip, Tam Quang, Na Loi, Tien Phong, Muong Xen, Chau Khe, and Kim Bang.
