The Spring Fair is chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in coordination with other ministries, localities, and relevant agencies and units. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the opening ceremony. Leaders from the Department of Industry and Trade of Nghe An province, the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone, and other relevant departments, units, and businesses also participated.
