A truck was traveling on Highway 48 when it reached Hop Xuan hamlet (Nghia Xuan commune) and collided with a motorbike with license plate 37H1-654.88 driven by a man traveling in the opposite direction. The strong collision caused the motorbike driver to fall onto the road, in critical condition, and was quickly taken to Tay Bac Hospital for emergency treatment by local people.
