Nghe An: Highlights of June 21st

* On the morning of June 21st, in Hanoi, the ceremony commemorating the 100th anniversary of Vietnam's Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025) was held solemnly, marking an important historical milestone in the glorious journey of Vietnam's revolutionary press.

Delivering a speech at the commemoration ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia - Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department - reviewed the 100-year journey of the formation and development of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism, from the event of June 21, 1925, when President Ho Chi Minh founded the Thanh Nien (Youth) Newspaper, marking the beginning of a press closely intertwined with the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.

* At the commemoration ceremony,General Secretary To LamHe presented the Ho Chi Minh Order to the team of journalists and delivered an important speech; thereby, warmly commending and respectfully acknowledging the important contributions of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism throughout its 100-year journey of development and growth.

* On the morning of June 21st,Party Committee of the Office of the People's Committee of Nghe An ProvinceOrganize the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

With the motto: "Discipline - Creativity - Quality - Efficiency," the Congress has the theme "Unity, innovation, discipline, responsibility, improving the quality of advice and service, meeting the requirements of political tasks, contributing to bringing Nghe An steadily into a new era."

According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 9 members. Comrade Dang Thanh Tung – Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office – has been appointed to continue holding the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Office Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
