The delegates laid flowers and visited the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum - the founder and trainer of our Party, the great leader of the Party and the Vietnamese people. The delegation's wreath bore the inscription: "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".

At the meeting, delegates approved the Working Regulations of the Congress; elected the Presidium of 17 comrades, the Secretariat of 5 comrades, the Delegate Qualification Examination Committee; approved the Congress Working Program, the Election Regulations at the 13th Congress, and the Delegate Qualification Examination Report.

*Ton January 25,dozens of shipsFishermen from Quynh Luu (Nghe An) docked at Lach Quen fishing port, bringing back hundreds of tons of anchovies to serve the approaching Tet market.
According to the Lach Quen Fishing Port Management Board (Quynh Luu), on January 25, 20 fishing boats registered to dock at the port to unload seafood; in addition, there were 10 fishing boats registered by telephone to dock at other ports in Quynh Luu district. At the end of this year, the seafood caught is mainly anchovy, according to information, the largest boat caught 8 tons of fish, the least 2 tons.
