Nghe An: Highlights on January 25

*Twelcoming the opening session of the preparatory session of the 13th National Congress of the Party, delegates attending the 13th National Congress of the Partyvisit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.

The delegation included Politburo members: Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc; National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan; Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong; Party Central Committee Secretary, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Tran Thanh Man, along with Politburo members, Party Central Committee Secretaries and delegates attending the 13th National Congress of the Party.

The delegates laid flowers and visited the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum - the founder and trainer of our Party, the great leader of the Party and the Vietnamese people. The delegation's wreath bore the inscription: "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".

At the meeting, delegates approved the Working Regulations of the Congress; elected the Presidium of 17 comrades, the Secretariat of 5 comrades, the Delegate Qualification Examination Committee; approved the Congress Working Program, the Election Regulations at the 13th Congress, and the Delegate Qualification Examination Report.

*DThe delegation of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee attending the 13th National Party Congress was elected by the 19th Provincial Party Congress, consisting of 29 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates. The Politburo assigned 4 Party Central Committee members to participate in the delegation, specifically including: Phan Dinh Trac - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission; Nguyen Thanh Binh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Organization Commission; Ho Duc Phoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, State Auditor General; Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.

*Ton January 25,dozens of shipsFishermen from Quynh Luu (Nghe An) docked at Lach Quen fishing port, bringing back hundreds of tons of anchovies to serve the approaching Tet market.

According to the Lach Quen Fishing Port Management Board (Quynh Luu), on January 25, 20 fishing boats registered to dock at the port to unload seafood; in addition, there were 10 fishing boats registered by telephone to dock at other ports in Quynh Luu district. At the end of this year, the seafood caught is mainly anchovy, according to information, the largest boat caught 8 tons of fish, the least 2 tons.
