*DThe "unprecedented" floods in the Central region will become the "new normal" in the future. That is the opinion of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tien - Deputy Director of the North Central Hydrometeorological Station regardingextreme weather.

Under the impact of climate change, sea levels will rise, making it difficult for floodwaters to drain into the sea and floods will rise higher than before. Furthermore, under the impact of climate change, dangerous hydrometeorological phenomena such as storms, tropical depressions, heavy rains, floods, flash floods will increase... In particular, it will increase storms with high intensity, heavy rains with high intensity...

*Trecently, a series ofmulti-level marketingblooming like mushrooms after the rain, spreading from cities to the countryside to attract participants. In particular, in these types of social networks called Vitae.

Discussing this issue with Nghe An Newspaper reporters, an officer from the Economic Security Department (Nghe An Provincial Police) said that the social network's promise to pay up to 90% of revenue to users is extremely unreasonable. Such a high revenue rate is usually only seen in fraudulent projects such as Crowd1 (80%), MyAladdinzs (80%)... that the Ministry of Public Security has just issued a warning to the public.

*LRegarding the legal field, recently, the Court tried defendant Vi Thi Ha (41 years old), residing in Muong Noc commune, Que Phong district at the trial for the crime of "Illegal drug trafficking".

What is condemnable is that this defendant has just been released from prison for this crime. His two children have just been reunited with their mother after more than 10 years of separation, and now they continue to witness their mother falling into prison. Even more sad, since Ha was arrested, the two children have continued to live in separate places. One of Ha's children is being raised by his paternal relatives, while the other is being cared for by his maternal family.
