Previously, comrade Pham Dinh Toan and the delegation visited, encouraged and gave housing support to Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong, in hamlet 5, Thai Son commune and Ms. Tran Thi Huong, in hamlet 3, My Son commune (Do Luong). *The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial People's Council has agreedchange of organizationfor 2 delegates of Nghe An Provincial People's Council including Mr. Duong Dinh Chinh and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duc. The above decision was made at the regular meeting of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee on the morning of March 24.

Specifically, delegate Duong Dinh Chinh, currently a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Nghi Loc District Party Committee, transferred his activities from the Quynh Luu District Delegation Group to the Nghi Loc District Delegation Group. Delegate Nguyen Xuan Duc, currently a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Nam Dan District Party Committee, transferred his activities from the Hoang Mai Town Delegation Group to the Nam Dan District Delegation Group.

*On the morning of March 25, the Party Committee, government and people of Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district (Nghe An) solemnly held a ceremony to announce the decision,receive the model new rural commune standardand launch an emulation movement to build and improve the criteria for new model rural areas.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives and 6 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas in the locality.

*Ky Son District Police arecriminal detentionKha Van Xy (born in 1971), residing in Keo Luc 2 village, Pha Danh commune, Ky Son district, to investigate the act of "Illegal possession of narcotics". Previously, at about 8:00 p.m. on March 23, through the work of grasping the situation, the working group of Ky Son district police in coordination with Nghe An Customs Department discovered Kha Van Xy hiding 2 blue potylene bags containing 25 drug pills (pink pills) in his house.
