* On the morning of April 26th (corresponding to the 10th day of the 3rd lunar month of the Year of the Horse), at Kinh Thien Palace on Nghia Linh mountain peak within the Hung Temple National Special Historical Relic Site, the Party Committee, government, and people of Phu Tho province solemnly organized a ceremony.Ceremony of offering incense to commemorate the Hung KingsGeneral Secretary and President To Lam attended and offered incense.

* At the Hong Son Temple, a National Historical and Cultural Monument, Truong Vinh Ward,Nghe An province solemnly organizes the Hung Kings Commemoration Ceremony.The Hung Kings Commemoration Ceremony is held annually on the 10th day of the 3rd lunar month to remember, honor, and express profound gratitude to the Hung Kings and other ancestors in the nation's history who contributed to the founding and preservation of the country.

* The prolonged heatwave since the beginning of April has caused water levels on the Lam River and the Southern irrigation system to drop significantly, often below design levels, resulting inincreased risk of saltwater intrusionNumerous pumping stations have had to cease operations, plunging thousands of hectares of rice fields into water shortages and posing a risk of reduced yields if the unfavorable conditions continue.

* Be proactive and create a strong mindset forexam season 2026This year, Nghe An province has the highest number of 9th-grade graduates ever, with over 57,000 students, an increase of more than 10,000 compared to previous years. In light of this, the Department of Education and Training has proactively advised the Provincial People's Committee on several comprehensive solutions to alleviate pressure on the public school system.

* Nghe An province will implement strict management of multi-level marketing activities from July 1, 2026. Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requests departments, agencies, and the People's Committees of communes and wards to proactively organize implementation based on their functions and duties, ensuring that the Decree is put into practice soon.
