*Also at the regular February meeting, the Provincial Party Standing Committee approved the policy.Adjusting the Cua Lo Deepwater Port investment project.with a total amount of 3,896 billion VND
The Cua Lo deep-water seaport construction and operation project is expected to commence in 2023. Upon completion, it will contribute to resolving the strategic infrastructure bottleneck for the province, meeting the needs of import and export of goods and promoting socio-economic development in Nghe An province.
The International Transport Development Investment Joint Stock Company received approval from the Provincial People's Committee on April 8, 2010, to invest in the expansion project of Cua Lo Port (part of the Southeast Economic Zone) in Nghi Thiet commune, Nghi Loc district. However, due to numerous objective difficulties, the project has been stalled for many years.
Since the beginning of 2021, the investor has restarted the project, including the implementation of detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 for the administrative and warehouse area (port hinterland, phase 1).
At the working session, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee considered the proposal to approve the adjustment of the investment project for the construction and operation of the Cua Lo deep-water port in Nghi Thiet commune, Nghi Loc district, submitted by the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.

*The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also conducted the following.Summary of 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 07-NQ/TUOn June 16, 2017, regarding the direction and tasks for the development of Nam Dan district until 2025, with a vision to 2030.
This document reflects the special attention of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to the district that is the birthplace of President Ho Chi Minh; it aims to provide direction and create momentum to help Nam Dan district develop in a manner commensurate with its position, role, and potential.
Over the past five years since the implementation of Resolution No. 07-NQ/TU, the district's economy has continued to grow steadily, the economic structure has shifted in the right direction, and many new high-income production models have been developed.
To date, the district has 1 commune that has achieved the model new rural standard, 5 communes that have achieved the advanced new rural standard, and 73 OCOP products, of which 57 have been recognized as 3-star or 4-star products.
However, preliminary assessments show that the leadership, direction, and implementation of Resolution No. 07 still have some limitations: annual budget revenue and per capita income have not been achieved at a high level, economic growth has not been rapid or sustainable, and structural transformation, while on the right track, is still slow.

*On the morning of February 27th, the Central Theoretical Council, the Central Propaganda Department, the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism jointly organized...National Conference“80 Years of the Vietnamese Cultural Outline (1943 - 2023) - Origins and Driving Forces for Development” will be presented in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation.
In 1943, the "Outline on Vietnamese Culture," drafted by General Secretary Truong Chinh, went down in history as the Party's first manifesto on culture. The practical experience of revolutionary struggle and the building of a new culture in Vietnam over the past 80 years has demonstrated the epochal significance and value of this document.
The seminar “80 Years of the Vietnamese Cultural Outline (1943 - 2023) – Origins and Driving Forces for Development” was organized with the aim of reviewing and affirming the theoretical foundation, values, and core principles of the Vietnamese Cultural Outline. From there, it sought to find directions and solutions to help awaken the aspiration for contribution, create momentum for cultural revival, and comprehensively develop Vietnamese people in the new context, thereby realizing the documents of the 13th National Congress of the Party, effectively implementing the conclusions of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the 2021 National Cultural Conference, and concretizing the roadmap for implementing the Cultural Development Strategy until 2030.

*Sixty-eight years ago today, beloved President Ho Chi Minh wrote a letter to the National Conference of Medical Cadres. In this concise and succinct letter, he affectionately inquired about and showed special concern for medical staff. At the same time, he also instructed medical staff: “…medical staff must love and care for patients as if they were their own siblings; consider their pain as their own pain; a good doctor must be like a loving mother.” For the past 68 years, President Ho Chi Minh's teachings have become a guiding principle and a source of encouragement for generations of doctors, medical staff, and healthcare workers in Nghe An, inspiring them to continuously strive to overcome all difficulties and hardships and successfully fulfill their duties.
Today, on the 68th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day, we are pleased to present the following article:"Nghe An's health sector is determined to implement President Ho's teachings.""
