*CThe program "Full Moon of Love" and gift giving to children with cerebral palsy was held on September 27, in Vinh City. In this event, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An Province Vo Thi Minh Sinh called forconnect, spread lovecommunity for children with cerebral palsy in the province.

Children with cerebral palsy require more love and special care from their families, so we hope that families, grandparents, fathers, and mothers always try to overcome themselves, conquer themselves to take good care of their children and grandchildren.

The Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province also said that the motto of the Nghe An Fatherland Front is that wherever there are difficulties and any subjects needing help, the Front will seek them out to share; at the same time, it hopes to spread, connect, and share love from the community to families and children with cerebral palsy so that "no one is left behind".

At the same time, we hope that through the program, we will contribute to changing the awareness, behavior, and habits of the community in responding to CC, protecting the environment, and sustainable development of the country.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, union members and young people participated in collecting garbage and rocks on Cua Lo beach and organized a bicycle march to raise awareness about climate change.

According to the investigation agency, Vi Van Cu is a drug addict and may have committed the crime due to hallucinations caused by crystal meth.
