The delegates reviewed a glorious historical journey and the heroic, resilient traditions, and expressed gratitude for the immense contributions of the provincial militia and self-defense forces in the struggle for national liberation, the defense of the homeland, and the building of the country.
For their outstanding achievements in combat, combat support, and production, 10 collectives and 3 individuals in the Nghe An Provincial Militia and Self-Defense Force have been awarded the title of Hero of the Armed Forces and other prestigious awards by the State.
