At the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said,Nghe An will welcome about 1,000 citizensfrom Ho Chi Minh City to return to their hometowns in the first phase; at the same time, localities are required to self-assess the epidemic risk to adjust scenarios and propose appropriate epidemic prevention and control measures.
