*On the morning of September 29, at the regular meeting of September 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee, there was a connection from the Provincial People's Committee bridge to the bridge points of 21 districts, cities, and towns.The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested localitiesFocus on checking landslides and severe flooding after storm No. 4 to evacuate people from dangerous areas, ensuring maximum safety for people's lives and property.

*Heavy rain after storm No. 4 caused severe flooding in many localities. In Quynh Luu,People stayed up all night to move their belongings.and reinforce the dike. In Con Cuong,Nghe An soldiers help people escape floodsat night; In Thanh Chuong, many areas were deeply flooded,many communes were divided, 1 person was swept away by floodwaters; 2 people had an accident while fishing in the area bordering Nam Dan district; Nghi Loc district, some residential areas were isolated, in Nghi Cong Nam commune, 1 person died due to floodwaters. Many other localitieslocalized floodingaffecting people's lives

*Flood water rose high, near300 schools in Nghe An have to close. Summarizing the flood situation this morning, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoan - Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training said: Currently, the whole province has 284 schools allowing students to stay home from school, including 91 preschools, 88 primary schools, 79 secondary schools and 26 high schools. There are two districts that allow students to stay home from school completely, Quynh Luu and Tan Ky.

*Due to the influence of storm No. 4 causing heavy rain over a large area, currently national highways and provincial roads in Nghe An are closed.Some locations are flooded and roads are closed.. Functional units and local authorities assigned people to be on duty, put up signs and mobilized excavators and human resources to promptly fix the road... Functional agencies continued to warn of landslides and flooding in Nghe An after the storm's circulation.
