*NOn October 30, 2020, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee hadUrgent telegramNo. 02-CD/TU on responding to natural disasters occurring in the province due to the impact of storm No. 9. According to this telegram, the Provincial Party Secretary requested Party secretaries and heads of authorities at all levels in the province to: Directly lead and direct the response to heavy rain and floods in the province according to the 4 on-site motto.

Thanh My commune is one of the most flooded areas of Thanh Chuong district.
