Opinions suggest that the interpretation of terminology needs to be reviewed to ensure clarity, conciseness, and avoid overlap with terminology in other laws; further review of relevant content in several new-generation trade agreements to which Vietnam is a member is needed to ensure compatibility, consistency, and uniformity; and a review of regulations that incorporate international standards into domestic law should be conducted to ensure constitutionality, legality, and suitability to the institutional and socio-economic conditions.
