Receiving citizen Pham Binh, Tan Phuong block, Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city. Mr. Binh requested Vinh City People's Committee to issue a Land Use Rights Certificate for the 400m2 area that his family uses as a house in Tan Phuong block, Vinh Tan ward.

*CIntercepted shipment of 6,000 synthetic drug pills from Que Phong to Nghia Dan

On December 7, Quy Chau District Police said that the unit had justSuccessfully solved 01 drug caselarge quantity, arrested 01 subject, seized 6,000 MTTH pills and some related evidence.

Previously, in early November 2020, using professional measures, Quy Chau District Police discovered a subject residing in Nghia Dan District, who regularly went to Que Phong to buy drugs in large quantities, then brought them back to divide and sell them to addicts. With very sophisticated and cunning methods of operation, when communicating with each other, the subjects used previously agreed-upon symbols, causing many difficulties for the investigation. Conducting verification and information collection, the police force quickly identified the subject as Nguyen Van Thang (born in 1982), residing in Hai Lao hamlet, Nghia Loc commune, Nghia Dan district.
