* May 7th,Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu- The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council held a working session with the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of 19 communes and wards in the northern part of the province to discuss the socio-economic development, national defense and security, Party building, and the operation of the two-level local government.
