*Nghe An withdraws capital from 6 public investment projectsTransfer to 3 transport projects with good disbursement progress. The above decision was made by the People's Council of Nghe An province at the 14th session, term XVIII, held in Vinh city recently.

Some projects have a large amount of advance capital planned for 2022, are constructing the volume to repay, have not yet disbursed or the disbursement plan for 2023 is low.

The projects with increased public investment capital have been approved by the Provincial People's Council and assigned by the Provincial People's Committee for the 2023 public investment plan. The additional capital for the project must not be greater than the remaining medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 period that has not been arranged.

Previously, through the work of grasping the situation, Ky Son District Police discovered a suspicious line of human trafficking that had occurred in the area before with sophisticated methods and tricks, so they established a special project to fight.

After collecting sufficient evidence, on July 7, 2023, Ky Son District Police successfully broke the case and issued an arrest warrant for Vi Thi Thoan for "Human trafficking".

Currently, the case is being continued to be investigated and expanded by the Ky Son District Police.
