Hung Dung Ward Police received a report from the public that at the house of Mrs. Bui Thi Loan (born in 1971, house number 63, Nguyen Sy Que street, Hung Dung ward, Vinh city) there were signs of suspicion of storing and illegally trading dangerous children's toys.

At 10:20 a.m. on July 25, the Hung Dung Ward Police working group went to the above address to check and verify. At the time of the inspection, the police force discovered that Ms. Loan's house was storing more than 400 plastic guns, including many types that shoot rubber bullets, marbles, and dangerous arrows.
All of the above goods were printed with foreign labels. According to Ms. Bui Thi Loan, she bought the above goods at a wholesale market, stored them at home, and waited until the Mid-Autumn Festival to bring them to the market to sell for profit.

Currently, Hung Dung Ward Police have temporarily detained all of the above goods and prepared a record for administrative sanctions according to regulations.
