The reason why the licenses of 4 pharmacies were revoked was because they did not properly implement Directive No. 23/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister, Circular No. 02/2018/TT-BYT dated January 22, 2018 of the Ministry of Health on regulations on good retail pharmacy practices (GPP) and Official Dispatch No. 284/SYT-QLHN of the Nghe An Department of Health on requesting pharmacies and drug stores in the area to implement interconnection.
Specifically, although these 4 pharmacies have deployed interconnection, they have not updated data into the system and have not maintained compliance with good retail pharmacy practices as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 10 of Circular No. 02/2018/TT-BYT.
