Nghe An: Budget collection reaches the finish line early
(Baonghean.vn) - In the first 10 months of the year, Nghe An Tax Department reached the finish line early with 18,377 billion VND. Also in 10 months, Tax Department inspected more than 6,000 taxpayers.
In 2022, the estimated revenue of the Provincial People's Council is 14,997 billion VND. As of October 2022, the Tax sector has collected an estimated 18,377 billion VND in state budget revenue in the area, reaching 122.5% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council and equal to 121.4% compared to the same period in 2021. Thus, this year's budget revenue has reached the target early.
Of which, domestic revenue was VND 17,212 billion, reaching 125.7% of the estimate and equal to 126.3% compared to the same period in 2021. Excluding land use fees and lottery fees, domestic revenue reached VND 9,706 billion, reaching 95.4% of the estimate and equal to 101.4% of the same period in 2021. Revenue from import-export activities was VND 1,165 billion, reaching 89.7% of the estimate and equal to 77.4% compared to the same period in 2021.
Notably, many revenue sources have high collection progress such as revenue from the non-state industrial, commercial and service sector, personal income tax, land use fees, and revenue from granting mineral exploitation rights...

The solutions for economic and social recovery and development that the National Assembly and the Government have issued and directed to implement drastically have brought about positive impacts and influences on the local economy and society. Ms. Nguyen Thi Trang - Head of the General Department, Nghe An Tax Department said: The reason for the increase in tax revenue this year in Nghe An is also due to the bustling real estate transfer activities in the last months of 2021 and early 2022, increasing the amount paid to the state budget for land use fees, corporate income tax, personal income tax, and land registration fees. Secondly, the increase in beer and hydropower output compared to the same period increased the revenue from beer and hydropower companies.

Also in 10 months, the Tax sector inspected 6,242 taxpayers, the total number of inspected records was 20,140. Of which, 19,886 records were accepted, 158 records were adjusted, 96 records were requested to be transferred for inspection at the taxpayer's headquarters; the adjusted tax amount increased by 843 million VND, the deduction decreased by 599 million VND, the loss decreased by 31 million VND; the fine amount was 136 million VND, the late payment fee was 7 million VND; the collection, refund, penalty, late payment amounted to 136.2 billion VND, the loss decreased by 587.6 billion VND.
