Nghe An receives over 20.5 billion VND in donations for flood victims.
(Baonghean.vn) - The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province has received more than 20.5 billion VND from organizations and individuals to support people in flood-affected areas and overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

According to a preliminary report from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, as of 5 PM on October 13th, more than 7,800 organizations and individuals had registered and contributed to relief efforts through the provincial relief fund, with a total amount exceeding 24.8 billion VND.
The Provincial Fatherland Front has received over 20.5 billion VND in funding, including over 3.2 billion VND in cash donations, over 9 billion VND in bank transfers, and nearly 3.1 billion VND given directly to the people. In addition, localities and units have pledged over 13.6 billion VND in donations.
From October 2nd to the present, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has allocated 34.6 billion VND in emergency aid to people in affected localities to overcome natural disasters. In addition, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has connected with and guided several donors to directly deliver gifts and support to people in disaster-stricken areas, helping them to stabilize their lives as soon as possible.
