Nghe An: Received more than 21.4 billion VND to support people to overcome floods
(Baonghean.vn) - As of 5:00 p.m. on October 14, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province has received more than 21.4 billion VND from units and individuals to support people in flood-affected areas and overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
According to a quick report from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, as of 5:00 p.m. on October 14, more than 7,782 groups and individuals had registered to support relief work through the provincial Relief Fund, with a budget of more than VND 25.1 billion.

The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has received more than 21.4 billion VND in funding, of which more than 1.4 billion VND was donated in cash, more than 16.9 billion VND was transferred, and nearly 3.1 billion VND was given directly to the people. In addition, localities and units registered to donate more than 3.7 billion VND.
Since October 2, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has allocated 34.6 billion VND in emergency support for local people to overcome natural disasters. At the same time, it has connected and guided a number of sponsors to directly deliver gifts to support people in areas affected by natural disasters, helping them to soon stabilize their lives./.
