Provinces from Quang Binh to Thanh Hoa, the Central Highlands and Southern Vietnam will experience moderate to heavy rainfall, with some areas receiving 50-100mm of rain, accompanied by strong gusts of wind.
Rain in the central provinces is likely to continue until September 14th, after which the low-pressure system will fill up, causing the storm to dissipate, and the rain will gradually decrease.
The weather in the northern provinces today (September 13th) is more favorable, with cool and chilly mornings. The day will be mostly cloudy with occasional weak sunshine, and temperatures will rise slightly compared to the past few days, with a maximum temperature of 28-31 degrees Celsius.
Due to the influence of the weakened storm as it moved further inland, the sea off the coast of provinces from Quang Tri to Binh Dinh will experience strong winds of level 6-7; the area near the storm's center, from Da Nang to Quang Ngai, will have strong winds of level 8-9, gusting to level 10. The sea will be rough.
Tonight, after the storm weakens into a low-pressure area, the wind will decrease rapidly in intensity; however, the weather at sea remains extremely bad, with thunderstorms accompanied by tornadoes and strong gusts of wind, posing a danger to shipping activities.
In addition, the southern part of the East Sea, including the waters around the Truong Sa archipelago and the coastal waters of provinces from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, will experience continuous rain and strong winds of force 7-8, gusting to force 9. The sea will be rough.

Winds will be from the West to Southwest at level 4; particularly along the coastal areas of the provinces from Da Nang to Quang Ngai, winds will be strong at level 6-7, near the storm center at level 7-8, gusting to level 9-10. Humidity will range from 70-98%. The lowest temperature will be 24-27°C, and the highest will be 26-29°C.
The northern part of the Central Highlands will experience moderate to heavy rainfall, with very heavy rain in some areas; the southern part will have moderate rain, with some areas experiencing heavy to very heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms. Winds will be from the West to Southwest at level 4. Tornadoes and strong gusts of wind are possible during thunderstorms. Humidity will range from 80-100%. The lowest temperature will be 20-23°C, and the highest will be 25-28°C.
Southern Vietnam will experience rain, moderate rain, with some areas experiencing heavy to very heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms. Southwesterly winds will be at level 3-4. Tornadoes and strong gusts of wind are possible during thunderstorms. Humidity will range from 80-98%. The lowest temperature will be from 23-26°C, and the highest from 28-31°C.
