On the morning of August 21, Nghe An Department of Health issued Urgent Notice No. 75 on locations related to Covid-19 patients. The locations in this notice are Nghi Phu Kindergarten (main campus), Truong Van Linh Street, Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City, from 7:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on August 14.
In addition, the Department of Health is also looking for people who went to Quan Ba Duong, No. 14B, Nguyen Canh Chan Street, Vinh City, from 5:00 to 5:15 on August 16.
