Nghe An organizes activities in response to National Digital Transformation Day 2022

Pursuant to Decision No. 505/QD-TTg dated April 22, 2022 of the Prime Minister on National Digital Transformation Day; Decision No. 1092/QD-BTTTT dated June 16, 2022 of the Ministry of Information and Communications approving the Plan to implement Decision No. 505/QD-TTg dated April 22, 2022 of the Prime Minister; Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Plan to organize National Digital Transformation Day 2022 in the province.

The purpose of the plan is to accelerate the implementation of national digital transformation tasks, effectively implement the National Digital Transformation Program to 2025, towards 2030; Raise awareness of the whole society about the role, significance and benefits of digital transformation; Promote the participation of the entire political system, synchronous actions at all levels and the participation of the whole population, ensuring the success of digital transformation.

In that spirit, the Provincial People's Committee requests that the National Digital Transformation Day 2022 in the province be organized with practical, rich and diverse activities. Communication activities in response to the National Digital Transformation Day must be effective and economical, consistent with the purpose, meaning, spirit and theme of the National Digital Transformation Day 2022.

The theme of National Digital Transformation Day 2022 is “Digital transformation solves social problems for a better life for people”.

Content and form of communication in response to National Digital Transformation Day 2022:

- Propagate and widely disseminate Decision No. 505/QD-TTg dated April 22, 2022 of the Prime Minister on National Digital Transformation Day; Decision No. 1092/QD-BTTTT dated June 16, 2022 of the Ministry of Information and Communications approving the Implementation Plan of Decision No. 505/QD-TTg dated April 22, 2022 of the Prime Minister on National Digital Transformation Day.

- Organize propaganda of the National Digital Transformation Day message on the digital environment, including: Social networking sites, electronic information portals; Provincial and district Radio and Television Stations; Commune-level broadcasting systems;...

- Organize information and propaganda about National Digital Transformation Day and activities in response to National Digital Transformation Day in various forms such as: Topics, columns, reports, seminars, community activities,...

- Organize popular activities to support people in using digital products and services.

- Organizing business activities: Having promotional programs to encourage consumers to use digital products and services provided by businesses in accordance with the provisions of law; responding to National Digital Transformation Day on business websites; encouraging large electronics, computer stores, and electronics supermarkets in the area to have banners and slogans welcoming National Digital Transformation Day in accordance with the provisions of law.

Communication activities in response to National Digital Transformation Day 2022 in the province will be held during the period: From October 1 to 10, 2022.

Organizing the Launching Ceremony of National Digital Transformation Day 2022 in the province: Expected 1 session, from October 4 to 10, 2022.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned specific tasks to departments, branches, units, and localities to organize and implement National Digital Transformation Day in a practical and effective manner./.
